Only wish I’d found this sooner
I’ve been using the Rebound app for a few weeks now and I can honestly say that nothing else I’ve tried (somatic therapy, counseling, yoga, general therapy) has worked as well. I feel a little more like myself every day, and I’m finally not in a place where I get triggered all the time. The app walks you through why you’re experiencing what you’re going through after trauma, and then it really gently guides you through reprocessing what happened. Thank you to the people who made this. You’ve done so much to change my life.

Great App
I’ve been working on my PTSD with a therapist and this app has done just as good if not better than meeting with a therapist weekly. The app sets a good pace of working on your trauma. It gradually moves you towards working on the hard stuff. I believe I’m making faster progress on this than with my therapist.

1 month sober thanks to Rebound
I've had lots of trauma in my life and have cptsd. I was ashamed of myself and felt hopelessly stuck. Everyday I hated myself and where I was more and more. I downloaded rebound then sat down a couple times maybe for about an hour or so and went through the lessons and talked about it. Days after I had done some consistent lessons a flip switched in my head. For two years I had relentless binge/purging cycles and urges. But one day they were just..gone. I'm ecstatic to report I'm 1 month and counting completely clean from binging and purging and I couldn't thank the people who created this app enough. I owe you my freedom and improving quality of life. Along with improving my ED it's helped me better process and get over a more recent trauma that was ongoing for 4 years. I couldn't recommend this app more. Literally changed my life.
